Across a 10 day build, Choura constructed the 10,000+ square foot double decker structure and installed the works, including full HVAC, ceiling liner, scaffold subfloor with vinyl “faux wood” floor, ADA elevator, lighting & furniture.

BUILT FOR THE BEST

Sleek 360-degree glass walls gave way to views of the track and car stables. The build stood for three months to host the raceway’s major events: Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship & INDYCAR Grand Prix of Monterey.
