Choura’s ever-evolving vision to lead in the event industry now stretches its roots to Laguna Seca. With our recent expansion here, we’ve delved deeper into our commitment to the environment, ensuring that our growth does not come at the planet’s expense. This innovative move not only offers optimal storage for our assets but significantly reduces the need for transportation. By doing so, we’ve drastically cut down on emissions, solidifying our dedication to a cleaner carbon footprint. Over 10 days, Choura constructed the double-decker structure and installed essential features. Including full HVAC, ceiling liner, scaffold subfloor with vinyl “faux wood” floor, ADA elevator, lighting, and furniture. The quality of the materials used and the flawless execution of the design underscored Choura’s meticulous attention to detail.

Sleek 360-degree glass walls provided breathtaking views of the track and car stables. Allowing fans to feel the pulse of the race in unparalleled comfort. The build, which stood for three months, hosted major events such as the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship, and INDYCAR Grand Prix of Monterey.
